Dear reviewers!

The editorial board of the journal in its activities is guided by the principles of openness, objectivity in the assessment of posted materials, the responsibility of the reviewer for the submitted expert opinion.

We invite all persons who are specialists in the relevant field of scientific knowledge to participate in the scientific peer-to-peer review of research papers posted in the journal and on the website.

The type of reviewing of research papers is peer-to-peer “blind” reviewing.

Review requirements are defined by Review procedure.

Requirements for reviewers: scholars (doctors, candidates of sciences) with recognized authority and working in the field of knowledge, which corresponds to the content of the manuscript. Involved specialists (Russian and (or) foreign) can act as reviewers.
