Bankruptcy of Individuals
Abstract
This article discusses the bankruptcy of individuals under the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)", the Federal Law "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" and some legislative acts of the Russian Federation regarding regulation of rehabilitation procedures applicable to an individual debtor. The author analyzes the main ways to address the issue of the bankruptcy of an individual, identifies risks for both a bankrupt and credit institutions.
