Предлагаемые изменения в Трудовой кодекс РФ базируются на типичных нарушениях, допускаемых работодателями при определении и в период испытания работника.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the article are considered serious gaps, non correct use of phrasing, the absence of necessary legal statements and bans, and some other inaccuracies of the actual labour legislation.
