Автор приводит примеры из законодательства зарубежных стран, в котором развенчивается стереотип женщины как репродуктивного инструмента и подтверждается право женщин на равное достоинство с мужчинами в их репродуктивном выборе.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The author considers the established stereotypes which are summarized prejudices identifying the membership of certain people in a certain group. The article reveals that women are victims of stereotyping them as housekeepers and mothers in the negative sense, which exclude them from performing other roles and functions. There are examples from the foreign legislation where they dispel the stereotype of a woman as a reproductive instrument and uphold the woman‘s right to equal dignity with men in their reproductive choice.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дискриминация</kwd><kwd>этика</kwd><kwd>права человека</kwd><kwd>свобода воли</kwd><kwd>репродуктивное здоровье</kwd><kwd>сексуальное здоровье</kwd><kwd>стереотипы</kwd><kwd>Discrimination</kwd><kwd>ethics</kwd><kwd>human rights</kwd><kwd>freedom of the will</kwd><kwd>reproductive health</kwd><kwd>sexual health</kwd><kwd>stereotypes</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Boland, R.
